Description

Lead testing activities and manage a team of testers to deliver high-quality results across various projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of testers and mentor emerging talent to strengthen testing practices.
• Own the production of test artefacts, including test plans, scripts, reports, and defect management.
• Execute manual and automated functional, non-functional, and end-to-end testing for applications, infrastructure, and hardware.
• Coordinate test materials, environments, and resources to deliver testing against established schedules.
• Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to define testing scope and mitigate solution risks.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in all phases of testing, including Integration, System, and Regression.
• Proven experience testing both Infrastructure and Applications.
• Hands-on experience with Windows Server 2019, Active Directory, SCOM, SCCM, and VMware.
• Proficiency in Jira for defect management and reporting.
• Working knowledge of Agile, V-Model, and Waterfall delivery methodologies.
• Experience using version control systems such as Subversion.
• Demonstrable experience with configuration, change, and release management principles.
• ISTQB Foundation Level qualification or higher.
• Active SC clearance is required before commencing the role.
