You will design, execute, and optimize testing strategies to ensure software quality and reliability.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement detailed test plans for complex software features using functional testing methodologies.
• Utilize automation tools like Selenium and TestNG to enhance test efficiency and advocate for quality assurance best practices.
• Identify, reproduce, and document software defects using Jira, following established tracking procedures.
• Collaborate with developers to analyze, prioritize, and verify defect resolutions during test reviews.
• Contribute to the creation and maintenance of test automation frameworks and libraries.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in software testing.
• Proficiency with automation tools including Selenium, JUnit, or TestNG.
• Extensive knowledge of functional testing methodologies and QA best practices.
• Strong understanding of defect tracking and management using Jira.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills focused on quality assurance.
• Ability to mentor and guide junior team members in a collaborative environment.
