Lead quality assurance through automation, accessibility testing, and stakeholder coordination.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Create, maintain, and execute regression and automation tests using UFT and Selenium WebDriver.
• Perform ADA compliance testing using JAWS, WAVE, and NVDA to ensure accessibility standards.
• Manage test cases, execute runs, and track defects using ALM QC.
• Develop test documentation for functional testing and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Coordinate testing activities with business analysts and technical subject matter experts.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience with UFT (Unified Functional Testing) and Selenium WebDriver (.NET Core 2.0 or Java).
• 5+ years of experience in quality assurance and analysis using ALM QC.
• 5+ years of experience coordinating testing activities with business and technical SMEs.
• 4+ years of experience creating UAT documentation and performing functional/UAT testing.
• 4+ years of experience working with applications that track PHI data.
• 4+ years of experience using Team Foundation Server and SharePoint.
• 3+ years of experience working in an Agile development environment.
• Proficiency with defect management tools to document and communicate issues.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with performance testing tools such as LoadRunner.
