Lead testing efforts and manage team resources to ensure high-quality software delivery.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Initiate test planning activities and oversee test case design.
• Lead team review meetings and incorporate feedback into the testing process.
• Monitor testing progress by assessing resource workloads and re-allocating tasks.
• Present status updates to stakeholders and management.
• Develop risk mitigation plans to address potential project delays.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional testing experience.
• 2+ years of experience in team management.
• Proficiency with JIRA and Azure Test Plan.
• Hands-on experience with Selenium, JMeter, SoapUI, and UTF.
• Knowledge of CI-CD and DevOps for integrating test scripts.
• Experience in the healthcare sector, specifically with Payer domains like Claims, Enrollment, Membership, Customer Service, or Finance.
• Familiarity with coding standards such as SNOMED CT, LOINC, or ICD-10.

Preferred Skills

• Experience using Playwright.
