Description

Lead automation testing for web drivers and BPM applications. You will own the test strategy, execution, and validation of complex workflows.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain automation test suites using Selenium WebDriver.
• Execute testing protocols within JUnit and TestNG frameworks.
• Validate Pega/BPM application workflows and functionality.
• Demonstrate technical proficiency through coding challenges and practical assessments.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in automation testing.
• Proficiency with Selenium WebDriver.
• Experience using JUnit and TestNG frameworks.
• 3 years of experience testing Pega/BPM applications.
• 5 years of dedicated QA and automation experience.
• Bachelor's degree or any graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• Experience within the healthcare insurance industry.
