Description
Lead automation testing for web drivers and BPM applications. You will own the test strategy, execution, and validation of complex workflows.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain automation test suites using Selenium WebDriver.
- Execute testing protocols within JUnit and TestNG frameworks.
- Validate Pega/BPM application workflows and functionality.
- Demonstrate technical proficiency through coding challenges and practical assessments.
Required Skills
- 8+ years of experience in automation testing.
- Proficiency with Selenium WebDriver.
- Experience using JUnit and TestNG frameworks.
- 3 years of experience testing Pega/BPM applications.
- 5 years of dedicated QA and automation experience.
- Bachelor's degree or any graduate degree.
Preferred Skills
- Experience within the healthcare insurance industry.
