Description

Lead testing activities and manage automated frameworks for large-scale programs within an Agile SDLC environment.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage the creation and ongoing development of automated testing frameworks for large programs.
• Lead initiatives to improve test processes and extend the use of existing tools.
• Oversee defect triaging from multiple sources and ensure regression, end-to-end, and smoke tests cover new functionality.
• Advocate for quality improvement best practices across the program.
• Direct testing within an Agile-based SDLC environment.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience managing testing activities.
• Experience managing automated testing frameworks for large-scale programs.
• Proven ability to organize and lead process improvement initiatives.
• Direct experience with defect triaging and test suite maintenance.
• Practical experience working in Agile SDLC environments.
• Functional test planning, preparation, and execution.
• Application of test design techniques.

Preferred Skills

• 7 years of experience in functional test planning, including test strategy, test data management, and test environment definition.
• Experience leading and managing a distributed team of testers.
