Description

You will build and maintain communication workflows using the Twilio ecosystem and AWS cloud services.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop Twilio implementations using Studio, TaskRouter, Flex, Functions, CLI, and APIs, focusing on the Voice channel.
• Build and manage backend services using Node.js, React, and AWS Lambda.
• Manage infrastructure and deployment using AWS CloudFormation and CI/CD pipelines.
• Write automated unit tests to ensure code quality and reliability.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues within the communication stack.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional development experience.
• Deep expertise in Twilio Studio, TaskRouter, Flex, Functions, CLI, and APIs.
• Proficiency in React and Node.js.
• Hands-on experience with AWS services: Lambda, DynamoDB, API Gateway, and CloudWatch.
• Experience setting up CI/CD pipelines using Azure or CircleCI.
• Experience using AWS CloudFormation for infrastructure as code.
• Knowledge of web authorization and authentication protocols.
• Experience with version control using GitLab or GitHub.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with AWS SQS.
• Familiarity with Zendesk or Salesforce.
