Description

You will lead the integration of communication services into web and mobile applications using Twilio.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Integrate Twilio APIs including SMS, Voice, Video, Email, and Authy into existing applications.
• Design and implement communication workflows using Twilio Studio.
• Customize and configure Twilio Flex to meet specific contact center requirements.
• Implement security measures such as phone verification and two-factor authentication.
• Diagnose and resolve issues within Twilio services to minimize downtime.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience working with Twilio APIs (SMS, Voice, Video, Email, Authy).
• Hands-on experience with Twilio Studio.
• Proficiency with RESTful APIs and webhooks.
• Practical understanding of cloud-based communication solutions.
• Experience working within Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Any Graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• Ability to start work between 7:00 AM and 8:00 AM to align with Australian teams.
