Description

You will lead user acceptance testing for system upgrades, bug fixes, and enhancements.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Create, execute, and approve UAT test scripts.
• Support the creation, review, and approval of validation documents.
• Document requirements using text, process workflows, and simple data flows.
• Contribute to training materials, including new integration items.
• Develop simple data and system presentations for business stakeholders.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in testing or system management.
• Extensive experience with business requirement documentation.
• Proficiency in manual testing.
• Knowledge of business rules and business logic creation.
• Understanding of all System Development Lifecycle (SDLC) phases.
• Experience with computer system management or validation.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office 2016 Suite (Excel, OneNote, PowerPoint, MS Teams, Visio) or Mural.
• Ability to analyze complex situations and discern critical issues.
• BA or BS degree.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of Salesforce, Oracle, or SAP.
• Experience with MS SharePoint Online.
• Familiarity with IT system roll-outs.
