Description

You will own the design, implementation, and management of Unified Communications infrastructure, providing architectural support for collaboration technology.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and optimize Cisco Unified Communications systems including CUCM, CUc, IMP, Jabber, and Webex.
• Manage maintenance, upgrades, and security reviews for all infrastructure and endpoints.
• Troubleshoot complex infrastructure and service issues using tools such as Wireshark.
• Research and implement new software, hardware, and tools to improve collaboration experiences.
• Document technical procedures, user guides, and project plans.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Unified Communications engineering.
• Advanced knowledge of Cisco Call Manager, Cisco Meeting Server, and Cisco Expressway/VCS.
• Advanced knowledge of Cisco TMS, Meeting Manager, Endpoints, Webex, and Jabber.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Teams and IPTV Streaming/Multicasting.
• Expertise in SIP, H.323, NAT, and Firewall Traversal.
• Experience with VMware architecture and Microsoft Server environments (2019, 2022).
• Proficiency with monitoring tools such as Zabbix or Grafana.
• Technical skills in Python, Visual Basic, Switches, Routers, F5 load balancers, DNS, Firewalls, Proxy Servers, QoS, and MDM.
• CCNP Collaboration or CCIE Collaboration certification.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with Intrado E911, Zoom, Citrix VDI, and macOS environments.
• Basic knowledge of the financial services industry.
