Lead the technology stack roadmap and architectural direction for the application portfolio in Atlanta, GA.

Responsibilities

• Own the front-end technology stack roadmap and define modular, scalable frameworks.
• Build reusable frameworks and conduct hands-on development for proofs of concept.
• Lead and mentor multiple global development teams in architecture and technology execution.
• Design and build user interfaces with deep back-end integrations using an API-first approach.
• Drive tech adoption through training and knowledge-sharing programs for new architectures and tooling.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience developing front-end, customer-facing applications using web technologies.
• 3+ years of experience leading front-end engineers in architecture and technology execution.
• Master-level experience with Angular and NodeJS in object-oriented environments.
• Expertise in HTML, CSS, JS, W3C, and XHTML standards.
• Proven experience engineering software within AWS cloud infrastructure.
• Experience delivering accessible websites compliant with WCAG and 508 standards.
• Deep understanding of CI/CD pipelines, DevOps principles, and Test Driven Development (TDD).
• Experience delivering responsive, mobile-first front-end experiences.
• Working knowledge of enterprise security models and PCI/PII/PHI requirements.
• Bachelor's degree in a technical, scientific, or related field.
