Description

You will design and maintain reusable UI components, color palettes, iconography, typography, and spacing systems while building and documenting design system governance using Zeroheight and Storybook.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design scalable, accessible, and component-based solutions for web and mobile applications.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Accessibility teams to ensure cross-platform consistency.
• Contribute to the evolution of the organization's global design system.
• Document usage guidelines and best practices for design system adoption.

Required Skills

• 5–8 years of UI/UX design experience.
• Proven experience leading or contributing to Global Design Systems.
• Expert-level proficiency in Figma and interactive prototyping.
• Strong understanding of web and mobile accessibility standards (WCAG).
• Experience designing for CMS and component-based workflows.
• Strong technical understanding of front-end development concepts.

Preferred Skills

• Front-end development experience (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
• Experience with enterprise-scale design systems and documentation tools.
