You will design and develop secure, consumer-facing web applications.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Build responsive Single Page Web Applications using modern JavaScript frameworks.
• Design and implement low-latency, high-availability, and performant applications.
• Develop and consume RESTful Web services using JSON-based request/response patterns.
• Write unit test cases using frameworks such as Jest, Mocha, Chai, or Jasmine.
• Collaborate within Scrum and Agile processes to deliver scalable software.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in designing and developing secure consumer-facing web applications.
• Advanced knowledge of JavaScript and Functional Programming.
• Expert-level HTML5, CSS3, and Responsive web design.
• Experience meeting Accessibility (WCAG 2.0 AA) standards.
• 2+ years of experience building production applications with Node.js.
• 2+ years of experience with JavaScript tools and frameworks such as Angular.js, React/Redux, or Ember.
• Proficiency with Git/GitHub or other distributed version control systems.
• Strong command of Chrome and other browser Developer Tools.
• Understanding of user-centered design, progressive enhancement, graceful degradation, and SEO.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with ReactJS.
