Lead front-end architecture and technical scrum teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical scrum teams to implement front-end designs and transform business requirements into application architectures.
• Drive code quality through clean pipelines, code reviews, and maintaining 90%+ unit test coverage.
• Mentor engineers on technology evolution and establish best practices to foster a learning culture.
• Determine the feasibility and scalability of front-end solutions in collaboration with product owners.
• Manage production issue triage, technical debt resolution, and performance, stability, and reliability initiatives.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in software development.
• Expert-level development with Angular 8+, NodeJS/Express JS, and TypeScript.
• Expertise in HTML5, JavaScript, and CSS3.
• Extensive experience with NgRx and Test Driven Development (TDD).
• Proficiency in unit testing frameworks including Karma, Protractor, and Jest.
• Hands-on experience with AWS services including Lambda, Step Functions, S3, API Gateway, Route53, DynamoDB, and Elastic Cache.
• Experience with AWS CDK and AWS Code Build.
• Knowledge of CI/CD tools like Jenkins and git branching/deployment concepts.
• Proficiency in app logging and monitoring tools such as Dynatrace, CloudWatch, X-Ray, Sumo Logic, or Tealeaf.

Preferred Skills

• Working knowledge of Spring Boot and REST APIs.
• Experience with UI Grids, Responsive Web Design, and Figma.
