You will lead complex engineering projects and drive system-level solutions for UI components.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Solve advanced system design and integration challenges using engineering methods.
• Oversee test automation strategies and ensure adherence to standardized testing protocols.
• Ensure effective integration processes across systems, components, and disciplines.
• Provide technical leadership and manage direct reports in a technical setting.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.

Required Skills

• 12 - 15 years experience in systems engineering, including system design, integration, and testing.
• Proven track record leading complex engineering projects in multi-disciplinary environments.
• Strong background developing and implementing test automation frameworks and strategies.
• Hands-on experience resolving complex system design issues.
• Proficiency with SQL and UML.
• Experience working with quality management systems and compliance standards.
• Demonstrated ability to lead teams and manage stakeholder communication.
