Description

You will build and maintain commercial, consumer-facing web applications.

Responsibilities

• Translate business requirements into functional technical specifications.
• Develop web applications for large-scale SaaS offerings.
• Benchmark and optimize application performance.
• Implement secure authentication using modern authorization mechanisms.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience with consumer-facing web apps (e-commerce, banking).
• Expertise in React.js, Angular.js, or Node.js.
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Experience with REST APIs and SQL.
• Strong understanding of OAuth2 and JWT.
• Solid grasp of algorithms, data structures, and CS concepts including asynchronous processing, multi-threading, queuing, and pub-sub.
• Experience with front-end build tools such as Babel, Webpack, and NPM.
• Proficiency with version control tools like Git or SVN.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with public clouds, specifically GCP.
• Familiarity with Mercurial.
