  Application Development & Enhancement
Design, develop, test, and maintain high-quality applications/features using the required technology stack while adhering to coding standards and best practices.

  Issue Resolution & Production Support
Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve defects, performance issues, and production incidents within agreed SLAs to ensure system stability and reliability.

  Collaboration & Delivery Ownership
Work closely with business stakeholders, architects, and cross-functional teams to understand requirements, provide estimates, participate in Agile ceremonies, and ensure timely delivery of project milestones
