Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
At least 4 years of Information Technology experience with strong focus on UI and full stack application development.
Hands-on expertise in modern UI frameworks such as Angular, React, or equivalent, with strong proficiency in TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
Strong backend development experience using Java/J2EE, including Java 8/11/17+, Spring Boot, Microservices, and REST/SOAP web services.

Preferred Qualifications
Experience in leading end-to-end design and delivery of UI‑driven enterprise applications.
Experience in providing architectural guidance, design decisions, and code quality.
Hands-on experience with Azure Cloud services and cloud-based application deployments.
Experience with CI/CD and DevOps practices, including Git, Azure DevOps, Jenkins, Maven, Docker, Kubernetes, or OpenShift.
Solid understanding of application transitions, knowledge transfer, and production support for business‑critical systems.
Strong experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate across geographically distributed teams.
Experience with UI modernization and legacy modernization initiatives.
Strong knowledge of unit testing and automation testing for UI and backend layers (JUnit, Mockito, UI test frameworks).
Experience with API testing and documentation using Postman and Swagger.
Familiarity with monitoring and observability tools such as AppDynamics, Grafana, Kibana, or ElasticSearch.
Experience mentoring and guiding teams of 3 to 5 developers.
