You will design user experiences leveraging AI to drive iterative design and personalized interfaces.

Responsibilities

  • Utilize AI to generate wireframes and prototypes from sketches or requirements for rapid testing.
  • Design and adapt interfaces using AI-driven analytics to create personalized, context-aware user experiences.
  • Automate repetitive design tasks, such as generating assets and ensuring brand consistency, using AI tools.
  • Perform sentiment analysis or behavioral pattern recognition on user feedback to derive deeper insights.
  • Advocate for responsible and ethical AI use in product design, focusing on transparency and bias mitigation.

Required Skills

  • 7+ years of experience in user experience, interaction, and user interface design within enterprise and complex business processes.
  • Proficiency in design tools including Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD, with experience using AI-powered plugins.
  • Strong understanding of AI concepts such as machine learning (ML), natural language processing (NLP), and predictive analytics.
  • Proven experience executing user research methodologies, prototyping, and usability testing.
  • Demonstrated ability to articulate design rationale to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience designing for complex business processes.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Industrial Design, User Experience Design, Design Thinking, or a related field.
