Position Summary

We are looking for a Senior UiPath Developer to lead end-to-end automation initiatives, from requirements gathering and solution design to development, deployment, and production support. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in UiPath REFramework, UiPath Test Suite, test automation frameworks, Citrix automation, AVD/VDI environments, and enterprise-scale automation solutions.

The role involves building reliable automations for complex business applications, addressing application instability, UI changes, and Citrix-related challenges, and ensuring scalable and maintainable automation solutions. Relevant challenges include Citrix launch failures, varying application window sizes, ICA download delays, multiple application instances, and dynamic application changes.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather requirements and design, develop, test, and deploy UiPath automation solutions.
• Build scalable and reusable automation frameworks using UiPath REFramework.
• Implement robust exception handling, retry mechanisms, logging, and recovery processes.
• Develop and support automations in Citrix, AVD, and VDI environments.
• Handle dynamic UI changes, slow-loading screens, unexpected pop-ups, and application instability.
• Configure and manage UiPath Orchestrator assets, queues, triggers, and schedules.
• Support unattended automation, concurrent execution, and production environments.
• Perform code reviews and root cause analysis.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, application teams, and infrastructure teams.
• Follow automation development best practices.

• Strong hands-on experience with UiPath REFramework.
• Expertise in:
• UiPath Studio and Orchestrator
• Queues, assets, and libraries
• Exception handling and logging
• Citrix automation and Computer Vision
• OCR and image-based automation
• GitHub
• Experience working with Citrix, AVD, RDP, or VDI environments.
• Strong troubleshooting and production support skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• UiPath Advanced RPA Developer Certification.
• Experience in automation testing and performance testing.
• Experience supporting enterprise-scale unattended automation programs.
• Expertise in developing framework-driven, scalable, and maintainable RPA solutions.
• Knowledge of UiPath Test Manager and automation governance practices.
• Experience with:
• Module-based workflow design
• Configuration-driven development
• Queue-based transaction processing
• Business and system exception handling
• Retry and recovery strategies
• Centralized logging and monitoring
• Reusable component and library development
