Lead the design, development, and deployment of end-to-end automation solutions using the UiPath platform.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy scalable automation solutions.
• Integrate automation workflows with existing business processes and systems.
• Optimize and troubleshoot existing bots and automation architectures.
• Mentor and train junior developers on RPA best practices.
• Conduct process automation analysis and solution design.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of professional experience in technical roles.
• 5+ years of hands-on UiPath RPA development.
• Proficiency in UiPath Studio, Orchestrator, and Robots.
• UiPath Advanced RPA Developer Certification.
• Experience with SQL, APIs, and OCR technologies.
• Knowledge of AI/ML integration within automation workflows.
• Strong understanding of workflow design, exception handling, and logging.

Preferred Skills

• Background in software development, business analysis, or process automation.
• Experience working within finance, healthcare, or manufacturing sectors.
