Description

Design and implement pixel-perfect, high-performance user interfaces for capital markets applications using React. You own visual fidelity and interaction models for complex trading workflows.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Deliver precise UI/UX for capital markets apps, ensuring strict field alignment, spacing, typography, and visual hierarchy.
• Design and implement seamless interaction models for trading, order management, and risk views.
• Optimize front-end performance for real-time, data-heavy screens to ensure smooth rendering and low latency.
• Collaborate with traders, business analysts, and product owners to translate nuanced requirements into high-performance solutions.
• Build reusable, scalable component libraries with a focus on consistency, accessibility, and design system governance.

Required Skills

• 10-15+ years of experience in UI/UX design and front-end development.
• Expert-level proficiency in React and front-end development.
• Deep understanding of UI/UX principles, specifically within financial applications.
• Proven track record of optimizing front-end performance for real-time applications.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams including traders and product owners.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Design, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with design system governance and component library development.
• Familiarity with accessibility standards and best practices.
• Knowledge of financial markets and trading systems.
