Description

Lead design efforts for high-quality interfaces and manage a small team of designers.

Responsibilities

• Create high-quality designs and prototypes using Figma and advanced UI/UX principles.
• Develop and maintain design systems to ensure consistency across all digital products.
• Collaborate with product managers and developers to translate requirements into user-friendly solutions.
• Manage a team of 2-5 designers, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within scope.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in UI/UX design.
• Expertise in Figma.
• Proficiency in Wireframing and Prototyping.
• Working knowledge of HTML and CSS.
• Strong portfolio showcasing design skills and completed projects.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Bachelor's degree or any graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• Previous experience working in B2B startups.
• Experience managing a design team.
