Description

You will design user-centered interfaces for enterprise-level web applications.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Conduct user research to identify needs and pain points for diverse personas.
• Develop information architecture and user flows to simplify complex workflows.
• Create visually appealing, user-friendly interfaces for web-based enterprise applications.
• Design role-based dashboards that display real-time data and KPIs.
• Conduct usability testing sessions to gather feedback and iterate on designs.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of professional experience as a UX/UI Designer.
• Proven experience designing for enterprise-level web applications.
• Deep understanding of UX principles and user-centered design methodologies.
• Strong visual design skills with a portfolio showcasing modern interface designs.
• Proficiency in prototyping with Figma.
• Understanding of the React framework.
• Experience designing accessible interfaces in compliance with WCAG guidelines.
