Description

You will lead user research initiatives to drive product design decisions for complex digital applications.

Responsibilities

• Execute qualitative and quantitative research projects, including unmoderated interviews.
• Consult with stakeholders to prioritize research opportunities and project roadmaps.
• Integrate research findings directly into product designs and established design practices.
• Present research recommendations and actionable insights to multi-level stakeholders.
• Apply appropriate research methods throughout the product development lifecycle.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in User Research or qualitative/quantitative research methods.
• 2+ years of experience conducting unmoderated interviews.
• 3+ years of experience consulting with stakeholders on research prioritization.
• Proven track record of leading UX research projects for complex digital applications, such as e-commerce or management software.
• Strong ability to communicate research findings to diverse stakeholder groups.
• Bachelor's degree with 8+ years of experience, or equivalent advanced degree with relevant years of experience.

Preferred Skills

• 2+ years of experience using UserTesting, Dovetail, Airtable, or Camtasia.
• Experience with accessibility standards for digital products and user-facing websites.
• A portfolio containing specific research work examples.
