Description

You will lead the design of intuitive, visually compelling, and user-centered digital experiences, blending strategic UX thinking with high-quality UI execution.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end UI/UX design from discovery through final delivery.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and competitive analysis.
• Create user flows, journey maps, wireframes, and interactive prototypes.
• Design high-fidelity UI mockups aligned with brand guidelines and develop scalable design systems.
• Partner with Product Managers and Engineering to ensure requirements translate to pixel-perfect implementation.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of professional UI/UX design experience.
• Expertise in interaction design, information architecture, and visual design principles.
• Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, or Sketch.
• Experience designing responsive web and/or mobile applications.
• Strong understanding of accessibility standards (WCAG).
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Experience in UI/UX Design.
• Experience in Figma.
• Experience in Adobe Creative Suite.

Preferred Skills

• Experience designing enterprise or SaaS applications.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum environments.
• Basic understanding of HTML and CSS.
