Description

You will lead the end-to-end design of intuitive, user-centered digital experiences, bridging strategic UX thinking with high-fidelity UI execution.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Lead design from discovery through final delivery, including user flows, journey maps, wireframes, and interactive prototypes.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and competitive analysis to inform design decisions.
• Create high-fidelity UI mockups aligned with brand guidelines and develop scalable design systems.
• Partner with Product Managers and Engineering to ensure pixel-perfect implementation of requirements.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of professional UI/UX design experience.
• Expertise in interaction design, information architecture, and visual design principles.
• Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, or Sketch.
• Experience designing responsive web and/or mobile applications.
• Strong understanding of accessibility standards (WCAG).
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience designing enterprise or SaaS applications.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum environments.
• Basic understanding of HTML and CSS.
