Lead end-to-end design for enterprise-grade digital platforms, delivering intuitive and scalable user experiences.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Translate complex product requirements into user-centric designs through close collaboration with product managers and engineers.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive design systems and component libraries to ensure consistency across multiple products.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to analyze feedback and continuously improve the user experience.
• Mentor junior designers, providing leadership and guidance to foster a collaborative design environment.
• Ensure all designs adhere to usability principles and accessibility standards.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of senior-level UI/UX design experience, preferably within enterprise or complex systems environments.
• Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, or similar design platforms.
• Strong understanding of WCAG accessibility standards and modern design practices.
• Experience designing responsive, cross-platform applications with a mobile-first approach.
• Any Graduate degree.
• Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript constraints is required.
