Description

You own the end-to-end UI/UX design process for product development.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Create the UI/UX design process, ensuring a user-centered approach in all decisions.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to refine designs and improve experience.
• Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to communicate design ideas.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product direction and visual solutions.
• Mentor junior designers, providing constructive feedback to foster growth.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in UI/UX design, preferably in a tech environment.
• Proficiency in Sketch, Figma, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.
• Experience executing user research and creating interactive prototypes.
• Ability to articulate design choices effectively in collaboration with teams.
• A strong portfolio demonstrating design process, wireframes, and final products.

Preferred Skills

• Experience mentoring junior designers.
• Background in a tech environment.
