Description

You will own the design and prototyping of user-centric experiences across various services.

Responsibilities

• Create and iterate on user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity interactive prototypes in Figma.
• Own and update the program’s design system, covering colors, typography, iconography, and UI components.
• Present design concepts to executives and integrate feedback from various working groups.
• Provide development teams with final design assets, specifications, and guidance for implementation.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in a UI/UX design role with a strong portfolio.
• Proficiency in Figma for building components, design systems, and interactive prototypes.
• Solid understanding of UI/UX Design principles, including responsive design and color theory.
• Ability to communicate design decisions clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Experience working in an Agile or iterative environment.
• Familiarity with HTML/CSS for effective developer handoff.
• Demonstrated workflow showcasing user-centric design solutions.
