Description

You will own the visual design, prototyping, and accessibility standards for our platform, ensuring cohesive user experiences across web and mobile.

Responsibilities

• Create and iterate on user flows, wireframes, and interactive prototypes in Figma.
• Present design concepts to executives and integrate feedback into the platform’s look and feel.
• Collaborate with developers, product managers, and SMEs to ensure a cohesive design approach.
• Own and update the design system, including colors, typography, iconography, and UI components.
• Build interactive demos and visual documents for executive presentations while providing clear dev handoff assets.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in a UI/UX design role with a strong portfolio of web and mobile projects.
• Expert proficiency in Figma, including components, design systems, and interactive prototypes.
• Strong understanding of responsive design, color theory, typography, and layout principles.
• Ability to communicate effectively with cross-functional teams in an agile environment.
• Experience conducting or assisting in usability testing to validate design decisions.
• Bachelor’s degree in design or equivalent professional experience.
• Basic understanding of HTML and CSS to facilitate seamless developer handoff.

Preferred Skills

• Experience scaling a design system within an organization.
• Familiarity with user interviews and data analysis to inform design strategies.
