Description

Lead design efforts for web and mobile projects through user-centric solutions, owning the lifecycle from interactive prototypes to final handoff.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Create components, design systems, and interactive prototypes using Figma.
• Apply responsive design, color theory, typography, and layout principles to all outputs.
• Communicate design decisions clearly to developers, product managers, and executives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams within agile or iterative environments.
• Manage design workflows, mockups, and prototypes to solve user problems.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience in a UI/UX design role or similar.
• Expertise in Figma for component and design system creation.
• Strong portfolio showcasing web and mobile design projects.
• Solid understanding of responsive design and layout principles.
• Ability to articulate design rationale to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Proficiency in UI/UX design workflows.
• Knowledge of HTML and CSS.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

Preferred Skills

• Experience building or scaling design systems and managing brands.
• Familiarity with usability testing, user interviews, and data analysis.
• Experience with interactive prototyping and micro-interactions.
