Description

You will design user interfaces and end-to-end experiences for web-based applications.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design interface elements including menus, tabs, widgets, and search fields.
• Create UI mockups and prototypes to demonstrate functionality and visual aesthetics.
• Develop graphic designs and prepare rough drafts for internal stakeholders.
• Troubleshoot UX issues, specifically regarding responsiveness.
• Execute layout adjustments based on user feedback while adhering to style standards.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience as a UI/UX Designer or in a similar role.
• 7+ years of experience working on diverse design projects for web-based applications.
• 7+ years of experience organizing, prioritizing, and following complex technical procedures.
• 7+ years of experience building customer relationships by responding to needs and independently identifying options.
• 5+ years of experience using wireframe tools.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience with Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.
• Any Graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• Experience implementing SNAP and other federal programs or designing applications using social services products.
• 4+ years of experience designing or developing dashboards using Power BI.
• 3+ years of experience with Agile methodologies such as Scrum, Kanban, or SAFe.
