Description

Lead UX design for enterprise workflows, dashboards, and complex operational interfaces.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Translate complex business processes into user journeys, wireframes, and high-fidelity prototypes.
• Conduct user research, stakeholder interviews, and usability testing to validate design decisions.
• Define reusable design patterns and component guidance to ensure consistency across the application.
• Partner with product and engineering teams to align user needs with technical constraints.
• Analyze feedback to continuously improve existing experiences and reduce friction.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of UX design experience for enterprise or complex digital products.
• Strong expertise in interaction design, information architecture, and journey mapping.
• Proficiency with Figma for low-fidelity and high-fidelity design and prototyping.
• Experience designing data-heavy scenarios, including exception handling and validation workflows.
• Ability to contribute to or define design systems and pattern libraries.
• Strong understanding of accessibility, inclusive design, and usability best practices.
• Bachelor's degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Design, Psychology, or related field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with operational dashboards and decision support interfaces.
• Strong communication skills for presenting design rationale to leadership.
