Description

You will lead the design and delivery of digital products, including web and mobile applications.

Responsibilities

• Develop a user-centric UI/UX vision for end-to-end digital product delivery.
• Conduct user research and testing to validate design decisions.
• Maintain platform consistency across all digital touchpoints.
• Analyze performance data to generate design insights.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience delivering digital products in cross-functional teams.
• 3+ years of experience as a Senior UI/UX designer.
• Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, or Adobe Creative Suite.
• Strong understanding of user-centered design, interaction design, and information architecture.
• Proven ability to manage design projects and prioritize tasks independently.
• Excellent communication skills to present design rationale to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science Engineering, Design, Product Management, Human Computer Interaction, or a related field.
• A solid portfolio demonstrating your design process and finished work.

Preferred Skills

• Master's degree in a related field.
• Experience designing for Salesforce and SAP integrations.
• Experience leading design projects and mentoring junior designers.
