Responsibilities

• Envision and design user experiences for enterprise applications with complex business needs.
• Connect disparate elements to create a unified experience across different project tracks.
• Manage multiple projects from a UX perspective, ensuring adherence to standards and timely delivery of artifacts.
• Apply usability engineering and information architecture principles to design effective solutions.
• Propose compromises that balance optimum user experience with technical, security, and business constraints.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of relevant work experience in UX/UI design.
• In-depth knowledge of interaction design and information architecture.
• High level of visual design expertise.
• Proficiency with Figma.
• Understanding of information systems and application development methodologies.
• Familiarity with HTML/CSS.
• Experience in user experience design for platforms or during platform implementation.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
