Description

You will bridge the gap between user experience design and front-end development in a hybrid role based in Trenton, NJ.

Responsibilities

• Plan and conduct user research to interpret data and qualitative feedback.
• Create user stories, personas, storyboards, and site maps to define information architecture.
• Build prototypes and wireframes to visualize design solutions.
• Conduct usability testing to validate design decisions.
• Collaborate with teams to negotiate requirements and train staff on UX/UI tools.

Required Skills

• 4+ years of experience in UI/UX design patterns and user-centered design best practices.
• Proficiency in HTML5 and CSS3 for front-end development.
• Extensive experience with Adobe XD, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Dreamweaver.
• Proven ability to create wireframes, prototypes, and information architectures.
• Strong skills in design thinking, visualization, and storytelling.
• Ability to interpret complex requirements into functional UI designs.
• Degree in any field or equivalent technical study.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of the Pega platform or Pega UI/UX.
• Experience working with state court systems.
