Description

Lead technical development and UI/UX implementation for modern application projects, converting wireframes into functional code.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical guidance to developers to enhance capabilities and productivity.
• Conduct code reviews, oversee quality assurance, and implement coding standards and performance optimizations.
• Lead technical feasibility studies, including architecture best practices, risk assessment, and component breakdown.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in a Technical Track lead role.
• Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6), HTML5, CSS3, and Bootstrap.
• Expertise in React/Redux, Angular, NextJS, Backbone, and Webpack.
• Experience with Node.js, Express.js, GraphQL, and NoSQL.
• Strong knowledge of OOP, design patterns, and front-end architectures.
• Experience working with RESTful APIs and common design patterns.
• Understanding of AWS or other cloud providers and deployment processes.
• Knowledge of security concepts including XSS and SQL injection.
• Experience with real-time communication via WebRTC.
• Working knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Experience with monitoring, alerting, and analytics systems for real-time service health.

Preferred Skills

• Hands-on experience with Visual Design and Figma.
• Contributions to open source projects or influencing web standards.
