Description

You manage full-lifecycle domestic technical staffing for the US market, owning the process from requirement definition to onboarding.

Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers to define staffing requirements and technical needs.
• Screen resumes and conduct phone or in-person interviews to assess candidate fit.
• Coordinate interview schedules between clients and hiring managers.
• Manage the onboarding process and perform post-joining background verifications.
• Track and report on employment activity and interview process statuses.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of technical recruiting experience.
• Experience with W2, Corp-to-Corp (C2C), and 1099 tax terms.
• Proficiency with Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, and Jobdiva.
• Knowledge of SAP, RPA, and AI/ML technologies.
• Experience recruiting for Big Data and Cloud roles.
• Ability to use social media platforms for candidate sourcing.
• Graduate degree or higher.
