Description

You will guide interaction designs from initial sketches through final implementation, focusing on the end user.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Gather end-user requirements through site visits, focus groups, and user days.
• Develop user interface designs using various prototyping techniques.
• Verify designs through user reviews, validations, and formal usability testing.
• Provide design support and consulting directly to development teams.
• Collaborate on design discovery projects with product management and engineering.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Interaction Design.
• Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, Illustrator, Photoshop, and Balsamiq.
• Proven ability to design web applications and mobile solutions for business applications.
• Experience designing business applications for ERP solutions, particularly in manufacturing or logistics.
• Working knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript to interface with developers.
• Ability to identify user stories and create low-to-high fidelity designs and user flows.
• Proven ability to execute against aggressive timelines in software development environments.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

Preferred Skills

• Degree in Interaction Design, Digital Media, Human-Computer Interaction, or comparable field.
