Lead the design of user-centered experiences for digital products, balancing visual design with technical feasibility.

Responsibilities

• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to validate design decisions.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure designs meet business goals and technical constraints.
• Present design concepts and recommendations to stakeholders and executives.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of proven expertise in user experience design or related roles.
• Expertise in Interaction Design, Visual/UI Design, and Information Architecture.
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Experience with React.
• Strong technical literacy regarding client-side technologies, APIs, and microservices.
• Ability to develop "north star" visions and apply system-level thinking.
• Experience collaborating with product managers and engineers.

Preferred Skills

• K knowledge of Accessibility Guidelines and Inclusive Design practices.
• Familiarity with mobile UI standards.
