Lead UX design and content strategy to build cohesive, compliant digital products.

Responsibilities

• Design UX flows and wireframes in Figma to standardize screens and iterate based on stakeholder feedback.
• Develop user personas and interaction scenarios to guide product development.
• Conduct heuristic evaluations, competitor analysis, and customer feedback reviews to inform design decisions.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with business, design, legal, compliance, and technology teams to solve business problems.
• Validate wireframes against user research inputs and provide guidance to junior UX designers.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of user experience design experience.
• Expertise in UX writing and content design.
• Proficiency in Figma for wireframing and prototyping.
• Experience working with content design systems and style guides.
• Ability to align content with SEO tools, brand standards, and tone.
• Proven track record of driving content strategy across multiple platforms.
• Experience testing designs with sample users to ensure requirement fulfillment.
