Description

You will drive product redesign and re-platforming efforts through detailed visual and interface design.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Champion user-centered design by uncovering needs through discovery sessions and research with employees and clients.
• Generate and communicate design concepts using hand sketches, digital prototypes, or motion examples.
• Implement brand-appropriate designs based on existing design systems and UX best practices.
• Create production-ready UI and collaborate closely with developers to ensure high-quality implementation.
• Manage feedback from business teams, clients, and product owners to reach practical design solutions.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of total professional experience.
• 3-5 years of professional UX/UI experience in an enterprise or agency environment.
• Bachelor's degree in UX, Interaction Design, Graphic Design, HCI, or a related field.
• Proven experience designing desktop and responsive web applications.
• Proficiency with UI tools such as Figma, Sketch, InVision, Abstract, or Zeplin.
• Working knowledge of HTML and CSS.
• Experience translating requirements from subject matter experts and stakeholders into design outputs.
• A current online portfolio demonstrating how you solve client problems.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working within established design systems.
• Skills in storyboard/writing, data visualization, animation, or usability studies.
• Background in financial services.
