You will design intuitive web-based interfaces for a complex financial application platform.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Create high-fidelity designs and interactive prototypes using Figma.
• Translate complex backend requirements into clear, intuitive user interfaces.
• Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to define digital solutions.
• Iterate on features based on real-time feedback to drive continuous platform improvements.
• Replicate and enhance user experiences to solve backend-driven design challenges.

Required Skills

• 4+ years of experience in UI and UX design for large-scale web applications.
• Expert-level proficiency in Figma for design and prototyping.
• Proven track record delivering designs for complex, data-heavy financial or enterprise systems.
• Strong ability to bridge technical constraints with user needs.
• Experience working effectively within technical and business stakeholder environments.
• Portfolio demonstrating work on complex design systems or applications.

Preferred Skills

• Experience conducting or applying UX research findings to design decisions.
