Description

You will lead UX and product design efforts to enhance user experience for agency applications and websites.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Lead UX/UI design decisions to ensure user-centricity and adherence to agency design standards.
• Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes based on user stories and requirements.
• Conduct user and usability testing to ensure products meet end-user needs.
• Collaborate with product teams and leadership to align design solutions with requirements.
• Ensure all designs and websites comply with federal accessibility guidelines.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in software product development, digital design, and UX/UI.
• 8+ years of experience designing mockups and wireframes following UX best practices.
• 5+ years of experience conducting user and usability research.
• 4+ years of experience leading large-scale UX/UI efforts.
• 4+ years of experience creating wireframes, mockups, and prototypes using Figma or similar tools.
• 3+ years of experience ensuring compliance with federal accessibility guidelines.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating user research, visual design, and usability studies.
