Description

Lead UX projects as the primary focal point, collaborating with Product Managers, designers, and developers to execute design solutions.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Lead UX projects end-to-end, serving as the main point of contact for product and engineering teams.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and validated designs through iterative testing with real users.
• Collaborate with user research teams to develop personas and interpret user needs from data.
• Develop and contribute scalable, elegant design patterns to the existing library.
• Mentor the design team, manage workflows, and define success metrics to track design impact.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in UX design with a portfolio demonstrating end-to-end UCD processes.
• Proven experience designing B2B applications across multiple platforms.
• Expertise in user testing prototypes and utilizing research, insights, and analytics.
• Strong proficiency in Figma, Miro, and Balsamiq.
• Experience with interaction design and information architecture.
• Knowledge of HTML and CSS.
• SaaS UX experience and familiarity with SaaS solutions.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Asana and Jira for workflow and project management.
• Proficiency in JavaScript for deeper technical collaboration.
