You will lead UX design strategy and mentor a team of designers across the product lifecycle.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of UX designers.
• Strategize and oversee human-centered design process implementation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate UX into product development.
• Drive user research and usability studies, turning insights into design improvements.
• Champion the development and refinement of the Modus Design System.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in UX design.
• 5+ years in a managerial role.
• Advanced proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Strong grasp of user-centered design, usability, and accessibility.
• Experience conducting and applying user research and testing methodologies.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines.
• Demonstrated design thinking skills and experience leading successful projects.
• Excellent stakeholder management and presentation skills.
