Description

You will lead the strategic design direction, governance, and execution of user experience across product areas, ensuring technical feasibility, accessibility, and customer alignment.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Product Managers and Engineering to define design feasibility, technical implementation requirements, and overall product strategy.
• Oversee the creation of high-fidelity wireframes and interactive prototypes that solve complex UX problems and prioritize customer needs.
• Lead the strategic governance, maintenance, and evolution of the internal Design System, ensuring consistency, scalability, and WCAG 2.1+ accessibility compliance.
• Conduct and lead evaluative user testing and usability studies to gather iterative feedback and measure design success.
• Articulate strategic design vision and rationale to senior stakeholders, customers, and engineering leads to drive product alignment.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of progressive experience in UX/UI Design within a product-led organization.
• Bachelor's Degree in Design, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional certification.
• Expert proficiency in modern design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, or UXPin, including their AI capabilities.
• Proven hands-on experience applying Human-Centered Design (HCD) methodology throughout the entire product development lifecycle.
• Experience leading user testing, usability studies, and leveraging the Lean UX Canvas for rapid hypothesis validation.
• Ability to interpret customer pain points, conduct research, and map insights to validate UX design decisions.
• Exceptional cross-functional communication and influencing skills to drive alignment across matrix organizations.

Preferred Skills

• Advanced Figma skills, including library management, component creation, and seamless developer hand-off via FigJam.
• Experience with Agentic UX Design principles and designing/implementing AI-driven features or knowledge of AI ethics in UX.
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud tools.

10% travel to UK regional offices may be required to work with the Product Organisation and End Customers.
