Description

Drive the end-to-end design process for complex client-facing digital tools in wealth or investment management.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Apply design principles to create optimal user experiences for financial platforms.
• Develop and maintain design systems and reusable UI components.
• Create responsive UI designs adhering to brand standards and accessibility guidelines.
• Map user journeys and iterate features based on research and testing feedback.
• Collaborate with developers to ensure accurate UI implementation.

Required Skills

• Bachelor's degree in design or related field.
• 6-8+ years in UX/UI design, with 2 years preferred in fintech.
• Portfolio showcasing end-to-end UX/UI work, including information architecture and high-fidelity UI.
• Expertise in creating dashboards and data visualizations for financial tools.
• Proven experience designing complex tools, specifically in wealth or investment management.
• Extensive experience with Figma, including variables and component libraries.
• Experience gathering design requirements and presenting concepts to senior stakeholders.
• Minimum of three financial tools or platforms designed.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and front-end practices.
• Familiarity with Agile or SAFe Agile environments.
