Description

You will design AI-driven enterprise experiences that augment human decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables alongside cross-functional teams and design leadership.
• Develop AI interaction strategies, ensuring transparency, ethics, and explainability in automated recommendations.
• Create interactive prototypes, wireframes, and journey maps to communicate experience concepts.
• Contribute to scalable design systems and advocate for human control over AI automation.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to address complex enterprise needs.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience in product design, UX/UI, or interaction design.
• Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
• Hands-on experience designing for enterprise software, complex systems, or AI-powered UX.
• Foundational understanding of machine learning, conversational experiences, and predictive analytics.
• Proven ability to build and maintain scalable design systems.
• Strong capability in wireframing, journey mapping, and high-fidelity prototyping.
• Ability to communicate design decisions using storytelling and data.
• Strategic thinking applied to both long-term and short-term product goals.

Preferred Skills

• Experience mentoring designers and contributing to design culture.
